We understand it can be difficult to sometimes make your purchase online, so please feel free to email us at to discuss your requirements so we can ensure you select the perfect option for you.

To return your item please email and request your RTA (Return Authorisation Number). All we ask is you ship back your item within 10 working days of receiving your order with your RNA and we can start this process for you. Once the item has been received we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange your exchange.

Some important things to note when exchanging an item:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must be in the original packaging and with all tags attached (where applicable)
  • All SALE items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded for a change of mind.
  • We do not offer returns on any engraved or personalised items.
  • Shipping fees for all returns are to be covered by the customer. The Urn Collective is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. We recommend you ship your returns by courier or registered post.
  • The return of any urn cannot be accepted if it shows any evidence of holding cremains.
  • We inspect all items when returned thoroughly and as such returns must comply within our guidelines in order for a credit to be issued or an exchange to be made.

Credit Notes

  • will be activated within 24hrs
  • is valid for 3 years from date of creation
  • is non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash; and
  • cannot be on sold for a lower value
  • can be used to purchase Sale items and during promotional periods.
